my friend runs a wholesale/retail furniture business
he imports from italy
he wants a inventory control
i looked at quickbooks, peachtree ms solutions etc
many are good but he doesnt really need crm or erp

What is the typical mark up from wholesale to retail?

I would like to know what the normal mark up percentage is if I buy something wholesale and then sell it retail. Also what is the typical percentage of mark up between actual manufacturing cost and wholesale cost? Thanks!By: Someday Soon
